The Movers & Shakers Gala - Dancers

Michael Stayer-Suprick

Michael grew up in Sheboygan and attended St. Clement Grade School, Urban Middle School and North High School. After graduating from SMU in Dallas with an economics and finance degree, he spent 10 years moving throughout the United States and Europe working in the food industry. After setting up a new home for the sixth time, he and his British bride of 15 years decided it was time to move back to Sheboygan in 1993, where they have resided ever since. Michael has five-year-old twins, and although they've taught him numerous dance steps he can't use in the Movers & Shakers Gala, they've also given him the stamina to learn the cha-cha for your enjoyment.

Michael is the president of West Shore Industries, specializing in consumer displays and exhibits. He has served several non-profit organization boards throughout Sheboygan. Outside of work and family, he is an avid golfer and enjoys just about any sport—except dancing. But however uncoordinated in dance he may be, Michael is excited to take the floor and help support the worthy institutions of Lakeland College and the Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra.
