The Movers & Shakers Gala - Dancers

Dave Quasius

David Quasius, president of Quasius Construction, Inc. Quasius Construction, Inc., a provider of general construction services, was established in 1891. David is a third generation family owner. He is currently active in Sheboygan Rotary, the Sheboygan YMCA and Camp Evergreen. He is a member of First Congregational UCC in Sheboygan.

After graduating from UW Madison with a degree in accounting, he married Kathy Schott of Sheboygan in 1970. He met his wife on the playground of US Grant School at the beginning of second grade. After returning, in 1972, from his Army tour in Germany he joined QCI. He has four children that have left the nest.

He is much sought after at weddings where his signature dance is the Polka. A fine physical specimen, besides dancing, he enjoys playing many sports including handball, badminton, table tennis and volleyball. He is especially proud of playing volleyball with the same three couples for the last twenty five years. Like Obama and Hillary needing all the uncommitted votes they can get, Quasius is hoping all six volleyball players vote for him at the Movers & Shakers Gala. Loving new challenges, he was delighted to be asked by Lakeland College to learn and dance the American Tango for your pleasure at their 2008 spring gala.
