Lois Pauls
Lois, a long standing volunteer and supporter of education and the arts in Sheboygan, is an Ohio native and graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Upon graduation she moved to New York City where she worked for five years in human resources at a life insurance company. In New York she met her husband-to-be, Richard, bringing them eventually to Sheboygan.
Beginning a new career as a mom and community volunteer, some highlights include eight years in the Sheboygan Service Club, co-founder of the Sheboygan Symphony Friends and Symphony Board Member, president of the JMKAC Friends, recipient of it's Outstanding Volunteer Award, and co-chair of major gifts for it's expansion capital fund drive, recognized as the Outstanding Public School Volunteer, charter Board member and major gifts leader for the development of the Weill Center, among many others. She currently serves on the endowment boards of the Sheboygan County YMCA and Weill Center, and as a trustee of the Kohler Trust for Preservation.
Lois couldn't resist the challenge and opportunity to dance with a professional, to raise money for two very worthy institutions, and to provide fun and entertainment for family and friends.
