Susan Bemis

Coming from a family of accountants and nurses, Susan knows how things add up and how to prepare for the unexpected. Sounds like the perfect preparation for a Gala dancer, right?

An avid bird watcher, Susan appreciates the grace and beauty of flight. As she prepares to dance, she looks for inspiration from both her fine-feathered friends and ballet skills she learned as a young girl.

A Sheboygan native, Susan is a long time employee at Bemis Manufacturing where she is involved in new process and material technology development.

Susan's days are filled with family, four-legged friends, and an appreciation for the importance of supporting good causes. She is wonderfully willing to step out of her comfort zone for the benefit of Lakeland College, The Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra, and Camp Anokijig.

These days, in addition to spare time spent honing her equestrian skills, Susan is preparing to stomp the Gala dance floor. Don't miss it.

Susan is sponsored by Bemis Manufacturing Company and has chosen Camp Anokijig as the recipient of 50% of the proceeds raised through the purchase of extra votes on her behalf.

She will be performing the cha-cha with her dance partner, Jack Ryan.
