Lisa BrotzLisa is proud to carry the torch this year for family members who have preceded her with high marks on the Gala dance floor. A childhood love of Shirley Temple and old black & white movies led her to choose a tap routine for this year's Gala. Lisa is employed by Plastics Engineering Company. She also operates LB Photography and works as the creative director and webmaster for Richie Morris Racing. She loves reading and writing, cooking, trying new foods and traveling. Over the course of the last year, Lisa has even been studying tap abroad, frequenting the Escuela de Danza Nijinsky in Mexico! In addition to Lakeland College and The Sheboygan Symphony, Lisa is dancing for the benefit of NOURISH, a collaborative food effort between local farmers, area chefs and volunteers for the benefit of struggling families. A self-described "sci-fi geek," Lisa loves Star Wars and is hoping the force will be with her as she taps around the dance floor this year. Lisa is sponsored by Plastics Engineering Company and has chosen Nourish as the recipient of 50% of the proceeds raised through the purchase of extra votes on her behalf. She will be performing a tap routine with her dance partner, Guy Singer. |
