Rod Schulz

Rod Schulz discovered his love of dance as a child. Fifteen years ago, he partnered with Susan Alby and Chance2Dance and became a professional dance instructor with the National Dance Council of America. He has competed and placed in State Ballroom Championships and local competitions.

Currently, Rod teaches Ballroom and Latin style dance at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center and at Dancesport Studios of Cedarburg. Rod's teaching philosophy is about involving individuals in the joy and excitement of social dancing.

Rod also attends Lakeshore Technical College pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts. Using exciting ingredients to create beautiful dishes is another source of satisfaction and joy. He values creating food with local farmers' ingredients to promote the protection of the environment by focusing on the nutrition.
