Kathy GentineKathy Gentine

Kathy loves to dance, and her daughters would love to see her dance, so she has promised to disco the night away for the benefit of Lakeland College, The Sheboygan Symphony and the Plymouth Intergenerational Center at this year's Gala.

Originally from Door County, and a long-time resident of Plymouth with her husband Larry and three daughters, Kathy now divides time between Bonita Springs, Florida and a home on Lake Winnebago.

She earned a bachelor's degree at UW-Oshkosh and was a teacher before having a family.

As her children grew up in Plymouth, Kathy was an active community volunteer supporting Meals on Wheels, art, theatre, the YMCA, 4-H and the schools.

In addition to gardening and walking the beach, Kathy now enjoys golf, tennis, travel, time spent with her seven grandchildren and, of course, practicing her disco moves. Look for Saturday Night Fever to rage at this year's Gala.

Kathy is sponsored by Sargento Foods Inc. She has chosen the Plymouth Intergenerational Center as the recipient of 50% of the proceeds raised through the purchase of extra votes on her behalf.

She will be performing the disco with her dance partner, Brian Oakes.
